It is easy to get overloaded with too much information. Video based Training is perfect for young players. "Monkey See, Monkey Do!"
The information (Printed) allows the finer adjustments, and enpowers the coach to know better how to tweak or adjust players skills.
Certain positions or skills require more information than others. Pitching is a very technical position. It requires an attention to detail and numerous physical and mental adjustments.
Most of the training resources provided are Video Based. Sports is a right brained activity that requires "Seeing" and "Feeling" and using the result as feedback to make adjustments.
